Independent Petroleum Company (IPC) was established in 2017 with a purpose of developing Premium Grade Lubricant Products for New Generation Vehicles. RACE is the established brand of Lubricants developed and blended by IPC. The Formulation for blending RACE Brand Lubricants has been supplied by Premium Brand of Lubricants in Singapore.
